May - Logan, Antelope Island, PV,

MAY-- we made a trip up to see Evan get baptized in Logan.  It was pretty low key because of Covid but we were grateful we were able to be there in person. Evan is just the best.  Plus we go to meet baby Annie for the first time.  Norah loved getting to hold a little baby.
I had never been to Antelope Island so on the way back from Logan we stopped and did some site seeing.  We saw lots of Buffalo and had fun skipping rocks in the Great Salt Lake.  Not sure how I made it til now and never stopping there.  While in Northern Utah we also stopped at Grandpa Glenns Grave.

Pine Valley was our next adventure. Family time is the best time!  The kids never want to leave PV and cousins.

Family pics were front porch style this year.  Cade wanted to go the casual route---  just shows his personality perfectly.  Love these people of mine.

We were lucky enough to have Grandma and Grandpa come over to our house for at home church on occasion. We always loved Grandmas lessons and having them there.
Marci tried to add a little spice to all the white walls in the house.  Norah got a fun rainbow and we added some color to the playroom.

Even though the kids didn't attend school in person, we were still all thrilled when online learning ended and summer was here.  Fun summer parties to kick it all off.  Cade and all his buddies.

Breckyn, Norah, and Tinley
Plus summer time means lots of pool time.  Swimming lessons with Regan from across the street and Pops and Nana's pool is always well used.
Covid guidelines got even more strange. So much craziness. No toilet paper.....  food shortages because people were going crazy stocking up. Masks everywhere and stores start requirement all kinds of bizarre rules like you can only walk down the aisle one way.  Lets just say I wasn't the most compliant with it all.

And we had lots of time to come up with At home activities! Norah is so creative and always coming up with the best ideas.

We got to celebrate our 11th anniversary---- well at least a night out with yummy food and a staycation at the Abbey Inn for a night.

Cade's teacher miss Brandy still had a little graduation ceremony where they could come and walk the red carpet and take pictures.  He loved preschool-- not so much when it went to online.  That was a whole different story.  Miss Brandy shared lots of his work so some of our favorites I added here.

Sometimes Online school could get really boring....  as Lincoln could attest too.  haha.  falling asleep in class.  He must have stayed up too long reading the night before.  We just really hope that next year isn't online because online learning just isnt the same!!  so hard.
