June- PV, Zion Hiking, Swimming Fun, Brianhead

With June and school officially out we decided to get out and about as much as we could.  We met up with some of Adam's Friends and their families in Pine Valley.  We had fun exploring down by the river, getting dinner in Enterprise, and hanging out.

We discovered our new favorite Hike in Zion- The Lower Pine Creek Hike.  It is not too long, not crowded, the kids all can do it on their own, and it ends with a water.  We all had fun sliding down the rocks.. the water was cold but so fun and gorgeous!

We had so much fun we went twice. The second time we brought Channing. They had fun catching tadpoles this time. And even brought some all the way home.

I had heard Aspiration Trail hike near Bloomington was a good and fun with kids.  The entire trail is marked by rocks that people have painted. They are all such fun rocks.  It was quite uphill so it was a good workout carrying Damon on my back the entire time but worth it to get to the top and the view was awesome. I loved the American Flag monument at the top.
Cades favorite rock was the pizza rock.

Lots and lots of swimming. Thank goodness for Nana and Pops pool, sunshine, and good friends to play with.  Nora and we can also did swim team for a couple months. It was good practice but they didn’t love the freezing cold water.

We played hard and slept hard too (apparently).

The end of the month enjoying Brianhead. We had a great time kayaking. And we also made it up to Cedar Breaks and Panguitch- played at a fun park.
