We love Swiss Days! Because of where we live we feel like we are part of all the action. We had a fun year this year celebrating and doing all the fun activities. We went down to the church and did some of the pioneer activities. I think this was one of the kids favorite parts. That night we went down to the vendor booths and games and had dinner. Lincoln then wanted to go inside the hamster ball. He did great and it was fun to watch him fall all over the place trying to get it to move around. The next day we ran the 5k--- Nana and Pops were going to do it but they ended up going on a cruise to New England, so we took their entries. We ran with the stroller and the kids would hop on and off it as they wanted. They were good at running when they did. Our time was 35:28. Not great but not bad for me who hasn't run at all recently and stopping for kids to hop out and run some. After the race we had the parade. We invited some of the Losees over to watch it in front of our house. The kids got hooked with some major bags of candy. It was almost better than halloween! Lincoln then had a soccer game and after Adam took Lincoln up to the car show. It was a great weekend.
