January: I had no pictures at all during. It was probably one of those months were I was hating my life because of the bitter cold… and daily grind of waking up early, commuting to work, all day at work, working out, and heading to bed…. Not my most favorite time of the year!!
February was a lot like Jan…. but I did take more time to enjoy times with friends. Being away from Utah for the winter I missed out on snowboarding in the great snow and slopes of the Utah mountains. It just isn’t the same in New England. So instead my friends hit up cross country course and did some fun skiing.. cross country style.
March: Happy St. Patrick’s Day…. Erica, Cyrus, and I spreading some Irish luck.
The big 25 years old. My friends and I celebrated me reaching the age of a quarter centurion by enjoying some ColdStone Ice Cream.

April:
I just had to put this picture of Erica and I for you to all admire. For Easter I went with some of my friends to a cabin in the Berkshires (western, Mass). We made a great Easter dinner and enjoyed time away from Boston. Erica and I decided to stay a little longer than everyone else and go to church. We weren’t planning on going to church so we didn’t bring a skirt or dress to wear. So instead we raided the closets and found anything we could. Erica found a swimsuit cover up and I found a skirt and shoes straight from the early 90’s. I am sure that we impressed everyone we our glamorous looks.
April was also a big month for me because I finished my dietetic internship! Yeah….I was no longer a slave working for free. This is me and some of the other girls in my internship celebrating our completion at Lake Winnipesakee.
May: Summer came and the fun began…. I was done with work, hadn’t started a new job, so I had lots of free time to relax, run, travel and see all of the East Coast!
Some of the bigger events….
1. After my internship ended I went home to Utah for a few weeks. I was able to spend time with my nephew Jackson.
I also talked my Mom into hiking ‘Angels Landing’ in Zion National Park with me.
2. A huge group from my singles ward does the “Big Lake Half Marathon” @ Lake Winnipesaukee every year, so I decided to join in the fun. It was a great race and so pretty… I completed it in 1 hour and 58 minutes… This is Erica and I after the race.. we look pretty hammered.
3. I purchased my first new car and I LOVE it!!! I had suffered… yes suffered a whole year without having a car. I would argue with anyway who says you can survive and enjoy Boston without a car. Yes public transportation is great and goes just about anywhere but that doesn’t mean that it is convenient. I spent unnecessary hours waiting for the bus or Tm and then even more hours sitting on the T and on the bus. You would have thought the “red line” was my best friend by how many hours I spent with it. So lets just say my life improved 100% after this purchase… Buying a car was the best decision I had made since being in Boston. I broke her in pretty quick taking her on many roadtrips! One of the firsts was up to Maine to enjoy the lighthouses, beauty, and sunrises!!
4. White Trash Road Trip…. A group of my friends decided that we wanted to experience NASCAR first hand.... white trash style. My friend Trisha’s family lives in North Carolina so we ventured the 14 hour drive to visit the south. We had an amazing time… enjoying southern BBQ food, observing the authentic white trash individuals, Foamhenge, camping in Vermont, Hershey Pennsylvania, and of course spending good quality time getting to know each other as we drove thousands of miles in my little car. We had a blast… pretty much the best road trip ever. At the race….. Trisha, Me, and Kendra… Trisha, Kendra, Bryce, Dave, Me, and David at the pre-race festivities in downtown Charlotte.
June consisted of more traveling… I visited Washington DC for the first time. It was neat to see all of the history and visit all of the museums.
Brittany and her sister Danielle came out to Boston to visit. We went to Salem….toured the witch museums and other crazy sites of Salem.
I had my first official “Boston Tea Party.” This is me and some friends dropping tea bags in the harbor. Good times!
Over the summer months I was able to attend quite a few Red sox games….. My love for the Sox only grew each passing day. This is me waiting in line to get tickets… This is what us poor fans have to do to get tickets to the games… 3-5 hours of waiting on the street…. But hey at least you get into Fenway for a less than $30.00

Trisha, Me, Robbie, Vicky, and Bryce after a game.
July: What would the fourth be without out flags, Boston Pops at the hatch shell, and foam Statue of Liberty head pieces? Erica, Spencer, Me, and T
The release of the last Harry Potter Book definitely deserves to make the highlights of the year. Boston really takes these things seriously.. Harvard Square was transformed into Hogwarts Square… live “Harry and the Potter” bands preformed, and many dressed as their favorite Harry Potter character to celebrate the release. My brother Jordan was out visiting me so we even attended a Harry Potter themed dinner complete with Butter-beer!
Me and my brother Jordan at the Sox game…. I loved having Jordan out to visit!
July I was also able to go to Palmyra, NY to watch the ‘Hill Cumorah Pageant’ and visit the Sacred Grove.
August: I spent a few weeks back in Utah.. My time was filled with family reunions and Lake Powell. I love the Lake and the beauty that is there!! I am thinking about dropping out of school and becoming a Lake Powell bum this summer.
August was also a big month because I finally officially became a Registered Dietitian!
September: I convinced JoAnna that she needed to move out to Boston with me... so she did! It has been so fantastic having her in Boston with me.
This is our new house... It is quite the party house.
Our singles ward goes camping in Sharon, Vermont (the birthplace of Joseph Smith) every year.
October: Fall time in New England is so amazing!!
RED SOX WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS... def the highlight of the year!
December: Lots went on in December... so check out previous blogs for info... I did want to add these pics of Jo and I after we shoveled snow from our driveway for hours and hours. We were pretty warn out.
Sorry this was so long. I hope each of your 2007 was eventful and full of adventure as mine was!

Wow Marcy, you had a very eventful year. (I loved your church clothes you had to scrounge up with). I'm so jealous that you got to travel and to all those fun things. You just need to come to Oahu this next year. I'll be waiting. :)
sorry, MARCI. I just realized I spelled your name wrong in my last comment
Hey Girl! That wakeboarding pic of you rocks...so hot! Guess what i'm listening to...."You change your shoelaces, I light firecrackers." Do you know who sings that?? Okay...it's Lisa Loeb.
