Christ... The True Meaning of Christmas!

I love the Sunday before Christmas... it is always filled with stories, music, and thoughts about Christ and the wonderful life he lived. Today was no different.... rich testimonies of why we celebrate Christmas were expressed and reminded me why this time of year is so special. I needed the reality check to bring my focus back onto Christ... The True Meaning of Christmas.


My last few weeks have no doubt been fun and filled with the Christmas Spirit but I hadnt put too much effort into thinking about why we really celebrate this special day. There is so much going on we often forget why we are going to parties, giving gifts, eating goodies, and spending time with family and friends. If it werent for Christ none of this would be happening. I am so grateful for His example and the life He lived. Christ is the PERFECT example to what we should strive to be like. I am so Grateful for this time of year that I can focus my thoughts on Christ and his Love and Hope that he has for each one of us. This time of year I also realize how blessed I am to have the family, friends, and life that I have. I have so many reasons to be THANKFUL! I thought it would be good for myself to list them all so I can more fully realize my many blessings. Here goes.. in no particular order.

Computers- to keep in contact with all of you
Snow Plows-
TV/DVR- to keep myself entertained
Candy Corns-really anything sweet
Family-grandparents,aunts,uncles,cousins,brothers,sisters,sis-in-law,bro-in-law
