February

Feb was a big month for us- Adam left his job at Sunroc and started a new company, Snow Canyon Construction with his buddy (also from Sunroc) Ford Stewart.  It def mixed things up a little bit at our house--- but we are thrilled that Adam decided to do what he has always wanted to do- be his own boss.  Since he was now working at home, the kids would see him go to his office(temporary make shift office in the utility room) haha. I guess Cade got the idea that he also wanted to start a business and go to work. He got his table, chair, and some 'work'.  Not sure where he got the idea to dress up because Adam sure doesnt but nonetheless it was the cutest thing.  He was so determined.  The most handsome little worker! I would hire him.  

Pops got a new Lawnmower (after his longtime HOnda finally gave out).  So he tested it out on our lawn by dethatching it.  Damon was happy to help. 

Cade Loves his pre-school!  So many fun friends.  There Valentines day Party was so fun! 

Cade and Breckyn wanted a lemon to make their own lemon Juice. I obliged- they were so excited until they tried it.  Little Sour?  :) 

The Hart Family met us in Brianhead for the weekend.  We had the very best time.  We did the tubing hill, we all loved being pulled behind the rhino on the tubes, 

We also went down to the local Sacrament meeting, pants and all--- It was so packed and we were not reverent. The kids thought it was unique but it was the effort right? 

Norah had her first grade 100 day at school- She was loving being an old lady-and def played the part.  

Cade, Ben, And Damon checking out the view at the Thorleys new house.  They bought a house on Crestview Drive up by the Elementary school. We are so excited they are still close.  

Harry Potter Day at the Library.  

The Hills and Knight Families came down for a quick visit---- we showed them to one of our favorite hikes- White Sands Amphitheater. 

Lincoln has loved Cub Scouts- it has been fun to keep it going at the community level. He has the very best leaders who are committed to helping these boys become better individuals! 

I took my little buddies over to the arboretum and we explored the lava rocks- 

Nana and Pops are ready to head back out on a mission-- we had to celebrate the opening of their mission call.  First we took our Guesses!  And who was closest- Lincoln.  They are called to the Kenya mission.  Excited for their next Africa Adventure.
