Birthday Time!

Cade is our first birthday and on the night of his actual party we had FHE up at Nana and Pops..... So after a lesson and writing letters to Nana and Pops we had some cake, sang happy birthday, and ate up our cake for our own little monkey!  The kids took a picture in their missionary tags to send to Nana and Pops=== now onto Cake and icecream.

Earlier in the day, Cade opened his presents and got a soccer net and ball, a little remote control car, and a bubble machine!  I think he was a happy boy and Love my little 2 year old monkey.

Lincoln and Mom are next on the list of birthday Kids!!  Lincoln had been counting down the days til it was his turn to party.  He was pretty happy about his new R/C car and that him and Cade both had their own now.

The next day we got to celebrate our little princess.  She got her Pink new bike and lots of doll accessories- including a doll carrier, clothes, shoes etc.   I love all the craziness that goes on during this week.  Now onto friend's party that weekend!

Lincoln and Norah both wanted a party so we once again did some combining and had a little party for them both. Lincoln wanted a space themed party and Norah thought that was pretty cool so she was happy to go right along with it.  We invited some friends and cousins over and had a BLAST doing all things space.  Lincoln had a moon cake and Norah chose to have galaxy donuts.
Here is Lincoln's invatation.. Norah's was the same with her info.

We had Astronaut Training and did the following activites....

Anti-gravity balance was the bounce house....
Level 2: we did pin the earth on the Solar System.
Level 3: We Collected Moon Rocks. I really think that some of the kids thought they were actual moon rocks when Adam told them all that he went to the moon and got them.

Level 4: we did little Alka Seltzer/film container rocket launchers.  The kids loved this but I got no pics!
Level 5: They got to tranquilize Aliens with squirt guns and had to get all the little green aliens that were taped all over the back yard. Another favorite for sure.

Level 6 was the Shuttle Destroyer--- or rocket ship pinata!

Level 7: We had our cake, ice cream and squeeze its!
Next onto playing and opening presents!! I think the kids all LOVED it and had a great time becoming astronauts!
