24 & 28 weeks pregnant with baby #3
Jackson got baptized the fist of January and Erin had a little luncheon after at their house to celebrate his big day. We love Jackson and can't believe he is 8! He will do great things.
I always have to document when Norah is sitting and actually watching the TV.... this NEVER happens. Which is opposite of Lincoln. Man do I love the TV for the times that I need the kids to just sit and relax. Too bad this didnt last more than 5 minutes. I am hoping one of these days she catches on how great TV can be. haha. I must be a bad mom.
This particular night the kids did not want anything to do with getting their PJs on. Of course if one of them doesnt want to get the dressed the other doesn't either.
Norah is at the stage where she is super difficult to dress and just wiggles and squirms all over the place.
I had to document these cupcakes that I made for my YW Personal Progress Taste the Rainbow activity cause they look so cool but also because they took forever.. haha.
They always love storytime--- especially with DAD. Oh and Norah has really gotten into picking out her own clothes and demanding to wear them. I never went through this with Lincoln and that was sure nice that he would just wear whatever I got out for him. I guess it starts early with girls. Don't you love the purple sweatpants, carebear nightgown, socks, and sandals. Major Diva!
Mid-January we finally got Lincoln into his first Dentist Appt. We were a bit nervous how it would go but he did great and no cavities! yay!
Norah is always up to pose for some pics!
Aunt Whitney had a pile of clothes going to the DI... which I always love to look through not only for clothes for myself but something that I can Repurpose. I thought this sweatshirt would be a cute shirt for Norah. I think it turned out fun!
Norah always has the crazy, curly after nap bedhead.
We spent a fun afternoon out in Snow Canyon going for a walk and hiking a bit! The kids loved it and didn't want to leave.
Lincoln always loves when he gets to help feed the horses with Dad. Our little farmer.
Other fun activities included painting, making faces and sending pics to daddy at work, and playing outside with both Nana and Grandma Penny! We also went to check out the Hot Air Balloon festival in Mesquite. As luck would have it, there was just enough wind that the balloons couldn't go in the air. Instead we just got to walk around and look at them and we got to get inside of one of the baskets. Lincoln thought it was pretty neat when they would shoot the fire up in them. After we looked at the balloons we went in the Casino where they were having a free bird show. Fun morning! We had a beautiful January with lots of sunshine!
The last week in Jan. Adam had a conference in Houston, Texas. So he went down there with John Henderson for 5 days. They were mostly in meetings but he did visit his friend Israel Arcinega, his Step- Brother Trent and his family, ate at his favorite steak restaurant, and then they took a little trip down to Galveston. We always miss Dad when he is gone that long!
