We had our first visitors here in Kentucky.... and we loved it! Nana and Pops (my Mom and Dad) decided to do a little road trip from Santa Clara, Utah to Mechanicsville, Virginia where my sister and her family live.... it was perfect cause we were right along the way! While they were here we mostly just relaxed, ate, watched conference, and talked..... but we did fit in one activity and that was to check out the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. So it's no secret that we are huge baseball fans here at our house so this place was pretty awesome in my eyes. I loved it. Adam had to work-- so there is no doubt we will be back. I loved the tour and hearing about all the secrets of baseball bat production. During our tour they were making bats for the Yankees vs. Tigers Playoff games. Pretty sweet. It was so interesting to see how fast they could pump out bats.
