Lincoln is now 7 months old. Love this guy more and more every day! Here are some of his latest...
- He has learned to scoot... on his back. He still doesn't really like his tummy at all but still wants to get around so when he is on his back he lifts it up like a bridge and pushes off with his feet. Pretty much everytime I get him out of his crib from naptime he has managed to push his head up against the top of the crib.
- He still hasn't really mastered the roll over from his back to his tummy. It will happen on occasion but he still doesn't do it regularly.

- He continues to try new foods. I have started feeding him food that I have made for dinner... and just mash it up with a little hand crank baby mixer. He has tried spaghetti... brazillian rice and beans... he def. isn't a huge fan of any new strong flavors so they were both eaten with a bit of force. haha. It is pretty comical to watch him eat different spices and flavors but by bite 5 or so he is usually doesn't put up a fight and eats it. He def. still prefers his fruits and if there is something that he doesn't like I just have to mix a little applesauce with it and he'll eat it. A bonus that we have had this month is fresh pears from Pop's Orchard. When my parents came at the first of the month they brought us a box full of pears! Lincoln gobbles them up.
- He says da da all the time. It's one of his favorite sounds to make! I guess Adam is the favorite parent so far. haha.
- He LOVES to jump. Whether in his bouncer or us holding him up... this kid is full of energy.

- He watches tv... and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Little Einsteins are what will keep his attention when I have to get stuff done.
- Still no teeth.... and still just a little hair.
- He has started sleeping so so much better this month. He goes right down for naps and bedtime with no crying!! Yay! He still wakes up once in the night (usually around 4)-- but I can feed him a little milk and he goes right back down with no complaints.
- He still has the best little smile around. He is a little charmer at church for those who are sitting right behind us.
- He loves the outdoors! When I get him out of his crib in the morning we go around and open all the blinds and he loves it! He smiles and gets so excited to be able to look outside. Because of the weather we haven't been on as many walks-- bummer.
-Still is wearing some of his 3-6 month clothes... but has started to wear a few of his 6-9 month sizes.
-We are having so much fun with little Lincoln and can't imagine what life would be like without him anymore. He makes me laugh out loud a number of times each day!

I can't believe he's 7 months already! I keep thinking of him as a newborn still. Also, I LOVE the Popeye costume, especially his huge forearms!
What a little sweetie! That is awesome that he is eating more solids, Melaina is still on the basics. I am also glad that he is sleeping through the night. That makes such a difference. And yes he looks like his dad!
