We started the month by heading over to the orchard and picking the last of the pears. The only ones that were left were the ones at the very very top!! So Adam had to be brave and try to get some that were way up there. The kids always love playing in the dirt and throwing the yucky pears.
Pops is always so great about giving the kids a quick ride on the tractor if they are around. Norah loved it and was all smiles.
Channing and Lincoln thought they were pretty cool that they made a rocket ship taller than they were.
Cade has started to get in on the wrestling around here. Lincolon thinks it is so fun to wrestle with him. It usually ends up with lots of Cade laughing and tickling.
We were having Cade sit on the table in his little booster. We would strap him in but the booster it self wasn't strapped down to anything. He saw something that he wanted so he reached and reached until it tipped over and he got it! Needless to say after this he moved onto a big highchair.
Some mornings the kids like to come in and cuddle in bed.... I was just glad Cade and Lincoln decided to go back to sleep for a bit.
Norah is the cutest little stinker around. She is def. miss independent and wants to do everything herself. This often ends up in trouble. For example notice her 'matching clothes,' Her spilled milk, and more spilled milk.
One craft we did to get ready for Christmas was these little picture snowglobes. The kids had fun seeing themselves inside.
November at our house also means lots and lots and lots of leaves. We clean up huge piles and then you look up at the trees and it doesnt look like any leaves have even fallen. So the kids get lots of times jumping and playing in the leaves. The think it is all a game--- if only. ;)
Throughout the month of November we did a Thankful Tree and everyday or so we would add leaves on our tree with something that we were thankful for. We really blessed!
Some days Mom has to get down to business and hold Norah's arms down and sit on her to get a thorough teeth brush. She isn't to fond of mom's method.
Cade turned 8 months on the 20th!
Lincoln rarely falls asleep in the day, so when he does it is worth taking a picture of..... it usually isn't a good thing when he falls asleep before bedtime either because then he is up ALL night. I sweat this kid really could stay up all night.
Cade has found where all the fun toys are. He loves to crawl over to the play kitchen and grab anything he can to play with. Lots of fun and lots of messes.
Pops turned 61 so we got together for cake and presents. All the grandkids LOVE pops. He really is #1!
For Thanksgiving we headed up to South Jordan! We didn't get many pictures but the kids sure loved spending time with their cousins and of course Cade got smothered with kisses.
