Summer arrived and we stayed busy with Swimming in Nana and Pop's pool. Cade had his 1st time swimming and seemed to like it okay.
Nana went shopping with us to the Boulevard to find some furniture for Lincoln's new big boy room downstairs!! Yay for not having Norah and Lincoln share a room anymore. Lincoln loves being downstairs by himself-- well most of the time!
Grocery shopping is always an adventure when I try to do it with the 3 kids and a cart full of groceries. I was looking for plastic bags and turned back around and Norah had pulled her shirt down and was pretty proud of herself!
Lots of messes made by little Norah..
Cousin Emma had her 1st birthday and we celebrated Luau style. Lincoln and Andrew thought the watermelon tiki guy Izzy carved was awesome!
Cade with Blair... 1 month and 10 days apart.
Cade liked to help out Dad shell some Pecans.
Lincoln never naps so because of the long, fun filled summer days there are times Lincoln gets so tired he falls asleep---- wherever he is. This just happened to be at the lunch table.
We got lots of apricots --- Norah and Lincoln were great helpers. We made lot of apricot syrup(Dad's favorite), and apricot leather.
We took a friday night and headed to Fiesta Fun.. Dad and Lincoln drove the bumber boats and got the rest of us wet. Lincoln then rode a racecar. We then headed in to play some of the arcade games. Norah loved them all.
It was Grandpa Glenn's birthday so we celebrated him by having some of his favorite things.... like homemade lemon meringue pie and necco candy!
We were in charge of feeding the horses while they were down here for a few weeks. Adam usually did it but Lincoln liked to help out here and there.
Snow Canyon High School held a free little wrestling camp for 1 hour each day for 3 hours. So Lincoln and Adam went and had a good time. It was def. a little challenging for Lincoln at times but he said he had a great time. I see many more of these in this guys future.
We had some over grown Zucchinis so Dad mad a zucchini boat for Lincoln and Norah to play with in the tub!
