Birthday Weekend!

Birthday weekend starting on Sat. the 28th. Grandpa and Grandma just happened to be driving through to go to Vegas so they stopped by to say hi and wish us all a happy birthday. They came baring all kinds of goodies. It was like Christmas for the kids. Lincoln got hooked up with a new kite and art supplies from Grandpa and Grandma and a cool new bow and arrow from the Merinos.
Norah got all things girl.y a purse, fancy shoes, and jewelry from the Merinos and a princess dress and butterfly wings from grandpa and grandma.  She loves it all and couldnt get enough of taking them all on and off!

Grandma was here to help us make our donut cake for Lincoln's party!

Next up was our water party to mostly celebrate Lincoln's birthday. We invited over cousins and a few neighbor friends to play in the water, jump in the bounce house, and have cake, ice cream, and popsicles.  I didn't know if I would be up for throwing a party a week after Cade was born but we decided to throw this together last  minute and it was perfect! The kids loved it and it was a hot sunny march day!

Lincoln with  cole and cooper, next door neighbors to nana and pops and lincoln loves to play with when he is up there.

It was fun to watch the kids try and do a water balloon toss.

Which then turned into a water balloon fight!

Our donut cake was the easiest and very delicious!
Drying off on the warm concrete!

I think all the kids had a great time and loved it all. Happy Birthday Lincoln.
The next day was Lincoln and Mom's actual Birthday!  We woke and had pancakes for breakfast.

Marci turned 33!  Lincoln 4 and of course norah wanted 2 candles as well.

Marci stayed home with Cade from church while Adam took Lincoln and Norah. When they got home Marci had set up Lincoln's present! He was pretty stoked about it all.

My handsome boys made an awesome dinner for me.  Greek inspired kabobs, salad, naan bread, fruit! It was so yummy! Def. a successful day.

Next up was Norah's Birthday the next day!
Lincoln had to make sure that she had everything that he had for his birthday. So we had to have pancakes with candles and sprinkles.  Lincoln gave her those glasses for her birthday so she had to wear them.
She got a new bike helmet, some more dress ups, a red sox hat, and a water table.

They both took full advantage of the nice weather and the new gifts and played out side for a while.

Cade and I sat outside, relaxing and watching.
Norah LOVES to get dressed up or have any accessories she can find.  All day she had her new hat, glasses, purse on and off.  Gotta love being a girl.

Later that evening we had a casual night with Cake!
 HAppy Birthday princess.

Other Stuff that went down in March.
Much of my days look like this when I am feeding cade or pumping.  The other two want to be right there as well.
Norah shananigans--- dressed her self. This is the tom-boy girly look. High heels, baseball hat, soccer ball, underwear, and purse.  Too cute!
The grapes are really starting to grow and Lincoln loves to water all the plants--- over and over and over again!
Lincoln still loves to follow Adam around when he mows the lawn. 2 years later he still loves his little pretend lawn mower!
Doctor Norah!
Cade is such a happy content little man! We love him.

Playing trains and Norah thought that the drawer was a good as a seat as any... really why not?
Ever since Cade was born, Norah has really taken a liking to her babies and dolls. She likes to mimic anything that Mom is doing with Cade! It is so fun to see her little motherly instincts come out.
 Now onto April!
