June Adventures!

We had a fun and busy June--- isn't that what Summer is all about?
We still try to take a walk to Nana and Pop's house most days.... but it gets so hot that if we don't get out in the morning then it is just too hot to trek up the hill pushing the double stroller. Lincoln still loves to ride his strider bike but on hot days he wants nothing to do with going up the hill so he gets off and has me push him, Norah, and his bike.  Fun for mom. :)
Norah loves these steps at Nana and Pops. Usually she is trying to avoid Pudge.
 Norah loves the water....
Lincoln.... not so much. Well he loves the water, as long as he doesnt get his face wet.

Nana usually sends them home with a little mini popsicle. Seriously they are the best things ever invented. Perfect for little toddlers.
We have also been trying to keep our garden alive.  It started out strong and promising.
Our first green pepper-- success!  Lincoln called it the, "The Big 'ole Pepper."  He loves to watch the veggies grow and cant wait to pick them.
Our first little batch of cherry tomatoes.  Our cherry tomato plant has done very well.
Of course they love when Pops takes them on rides on the tractor.
And attempting to fly a kite.  Here is Santa Clara we dont get a ton of wind.  So flying kites usually means running as hard as you can to keep it up.  Lincoln didn't mind and loved running up and down from the barn to the street.
The boys after they hauled hay.....  Is it horrible that I don't know the names of Mark and Shayne's Boys?  I know it is Kayden, Marc, Shayne, Lincoln, Tyler, and Adam.  The 3 younger boys(Jake, Stockton, Hayden??)-- I guess I need to get to know my cousins kids!
I walked in and found that Lincoln had put one of Norah's little dolls in his bed.... we don't see this often in our house so I had to take a picture.  I guess Lincoln does have a sweet side to him.
We welcomed a new cousin on June 4th---- Emma Wittwer!! Congrats James and Izzy.
Norah wasn't quite sure what to think about someone that was smaller than her.
We had a picture of Lincoln similar to this one holding the milk. So when Norah grabbed onto the milks I couldn't resist!
 Lincoln Loves the temple!
I had the opportunity to go to Girls Camp this year for a couple of days!  It was held at Beaver High Adventure camp and I loved it. I always love the spirit that is at Girls Camp, I love getting to know and bond with the girls better, and all the activities were a lot of fun.
Even the leaders got to do the activities. I did he high copes course.

Did some fun Mountain Biking--- and looked goofy doing it!

And I got to hang out with these fun and amazing ladies. Ashley Ericksen, Anne Gates, Makayla Leavitt, Janae Huntington, and April Bott. I love Young Womens!
