I'm gonna be a derby girl.

Yep.... We are headed to Kentucky!
We are excited to be back in the working world with no more school.  Adam is excited about his new job and we can't wait to explore a new part of the midwest.  I would have never thought that I would ever live in Kentucky, but then again I never would have thought that I would have lived in Iowa.  We can't wait to explore some of the south and see what Louisville has to offer.  I have never been to Kentucky and really the only thing I know about it is that it is home to the Kentucky Derby and Louisville Sluggers are made there. So baseball bats, horses, and big derby hats are in our future.  Sounds pretty awesome doesn't it?
We packed up all our stuff in Iowa City last week and headed to Utah to hang out with family before Adam starts in July. It was hard leaving Iowa City knowing we are leaving so many people we have become such great friends with.  We have also loved spending time with Adam's extended family that lives there. Moving and starting this new adventure is such a bittersweet experience. I am sure we will meet new friends but leaving the old ones is not cool. We will miss you all.

We have already loved spending time with the Butterfield's since being here in Utah and Lincoln has loved all the attention he gets!  We are headed to St. George tomorrow because my little bro is getting home from his mission. Can't wait to see him.
So that's the update on our life. If anyone knows any cool things to see and do in Kentucky let me know!

oooh! Kentucky should be fun. Ask Catherine Fonua because she is from Lexington, she may have some idea/knowledge of Louiseville. You'll be in the same town as the temple! That will be nice!
