...you build snowmen!
So the past 6 years of my life I have lived in areas that get a lot of snow. In both Logan and Boston, the winter months correlated with a blanket of white snow. But I think in all those years I built but one little snowman. So why build snowmen now? Well you see, it rarely snows in St. George like it did the past few days... (the last it snowed like this in Southern Utah was over 10 years ago)... So when you see the snow sprinkled on the red rock and red sand, you have to go out and play in it. The opportunity might come just once a decade.... the public schools even shut down... gotta love that you get a snow day for a few inches of snow!
So anyway back to the snowmen, I talked my little Sister Whitney into helping... so we got to work. It was great fun. My Mom then got to dressing them. Don't they look good? I thought we did a fantastic job.

This is my backyard! I'm not sure if I have ever seen it this white and snowy. So pretty.

I have also loved being home during the Christmas season... and can't wait for Christmas!
This is the night the big storm hit! I think this is as close to a white Christmas we are ever going to get.

This is my little bro Jordan and I getting in the Christmas Spirit.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Looks fun! You guys are pros at building snowmen, they are probably the best snowmen I've ever seen in St. George! Can't wait to see you all in just a few more day!!
So fun!
I'm glad you put pictures of the snow up. I heard it snowed but I never saw any proof. My family didn't send pix either. That looks so cold.
we'll be there next week. I want to see you.
hopefully there will be snow still.
Wish I could be there with you guys. And living back East is just as you said. When it snows people don't get excited. I don't think I have seen one snowman yet. Maybe I should go build one. See you in a couple months.
Super cute snowmen!! I remember what a big even snow is in St. George. That is so fun!
Marci, I feel so bad I never met up with you. We ended up being in St George for only 3 days, with Christmas day being one of them. We were busy busy busy. BUT
I have some news. We're moving to St George next month! Seriously. So I can redeem myself.
We'll be there from Feb-April with my parents. I'm excited. I'll see you soon.
