Brr... it's getting way too cold outside

If there is one thing I really dont like about living in Boston.... it is the winter weather. I love everything about this place in the summer, spring, and fall..... but come November and I get all angry.. haha. I guess growing up in St. George I just feel like you shouldn't have to wear coats for anything other than snowboarding. Here in Boston, a coat, scarf, and gloves are part of my everyday winter ensemble. You would think that after living in Logan, Utah for 4 years and then last year here I would be acclimated to the freezing temperatures and snow, but I have come to realize that no matter how much time in spend in the cold... I still think it is cold. Next year lets all hope and pray that when winter comes I no longer have to bust out the winter gear for my everyday commute to work. One last thing that I want to complain about.... paying for heat. My roommates and I are so cheap that we havn't turned on our heat yet. My fingers are literally freezing while I am typing this... haha... Well anyway enough about the weather..... so yesterday was a rain storm all day long (there I go again about the weather)... so of course we didnt feel like going out.... so instead Jo and I took to the mall. I hadn't been shopping since before school started so I figured I could afford one or two items... Lets just say I got to gap outlet and couldnt resist. So Jo and I ended up buying a little more than we wanted but we came home and had a great time taking photos of our new $2.50 hat purchases. good times....
The rest of the pics are from last weekend. My friend Brittany came to visit from Utah so we went up to Maine. It was gorgeous. The fall colors were at their finest. It was the perfect, foggy, rainy day to go and explore New England.

I am sorry it is so cold there. I think I can relate some because today it only made it to the mid 80's. I am just not used to this weather.

It sounds like all is well and we look forward to seeing you at Christmas time.
